Join our innovative team at Fullpath and make a real impact as a Salesforce Implementation Manager.
We are looking for a dynamic leader to drive enhancements in our recently launched Salesforce org and optimize our Business Applications. The ideal candidate will be a technical Salesforce whiz and will take business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and build them seamlessly.
This position will report to the VP Operations.
What you will be responsible for
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs.
- Design and implement complex Salesforce workflows, processes, and reports, navigating and connecting various custom objects and 3rd-party system integrations.
- Provide guidance and support for Salesforce integrations with third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce.
- Stay updated on Salesforce features and best practices, recommending improvements and upgrades.
- Oversee Salesforce training and the development of documentation including system architecture, user guides, and training materials.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Excellent English and strong Hebrew skills
- 5+ years experience in Salesforce Implementation/Business Applications/Solutions Architect/Salesforce Manager or similar role
- 3+ years experience in a SaaS environment in a role/department related to the customer journey (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, etc.)
- Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, Jira - big advantage!
- Past experience with the implementation of a full solution/core CRM module or other core system in an organization - big advantage!

- Skilled technical background and analytical skills, understanding complex connections and automations and the relationships between them
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
- Extremely process and detail oriented
- Experience with collaborating with various departments and teams
- Fast learner, Very SaaS/tech-savvy
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
