We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to manage our business application set who is ready to make a significant impact. In this exciting opportunity you will work closely with our Business Operations and Applications teams to improve our recently launched Salesforce org. You will have a direct impact on the day-to-day implementation and usage of Salesforce within the company as well as the opportunity to work with various integrations.

This position will report to the Business Operations Manager and will be a hybrid role in Teaneck, New Jersey or Burlington, Vermont.

What you will be responsible for

  • Support the organization’s needs regarding all business applications to ensure that each team member has the tools they need to do their job successfully, with a high focus on Salesforce 
  • Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet business needs of the growing Revenue team (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, Technical Support).
  • Provide in-the-moment support to team members to resolve challenges 
  • Implement and manage workflow rules, validation rules, and process automation to support the business
  • Build and maintain permission sets, profiles, and sharing rules to ensure proper data security and management. 
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Develop a strong understanding of all other current tools being used and their specific implementation in the company
  • Collaborate with company stakeholders to understand how tools are being used and what is missing, identifying gaps and challenges and develop innovate solutions to those challenges
  • Train and onboard relevant team members on new tools implemented and best practices, providing documented material for reference
  • Maintain the data integrity of all systems through QA, training, and oversight
  • Support continuous improvement of systems and data to support the continued growth of the company
  • Complete manual data entry at times to maintain integrity and accuracy

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as Salesforce Administrator
  • 2+ years additional business experience
  • Experience in a startup environment

  • Skilled technical background and analytical skills, understanding complex connections and automations and the relationships between them
  • Ability to multitask 
  • Excellent communication and presentation/training skills
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems
  • Extremely process and detail oriented
  • Experience with collaborating with various departments and teams 
  • Demonstrated ability to solve challenging problems
  • Fast learner, Very SaaS/tech-savvy
  • Knowledge of Excel or Google sheets and ability to clean and validate data using various functions in each.

Annual base starting salary: $80K - $90K, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. 

Benefits Options: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life/AD&D, EAP, 15 vacation days per year to start, 80 hours of sick leave, 12 paid holidays, paid parental leave, & 401k. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's equity program.
