We are seeking a dynamic Go-to-Market Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives across product launches, market expansion, OEM-related initiatives, and customer migrations. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, customer success, and OEM teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of go-to-market strategies. This role requires strong operational and project management capabilities to drive coordination and execution.
This is a remote position reporting to the Director of Strategic Initiatives. Strong advantage for candidates based near one of our hubs (Teaneck, NJ / Detroit, MI / Burlington, VT / Salt Lake City, UT) who are willing/able to be in a hybrid position.
What you will be responsible for
- Developing and leading go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, market expansions, OEM initiatives, and customer migration projects, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Driving cross-functional collaboration across product, marketing, sales, customer success, and OEM teams to establish unified objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Defining and monitoring success metrics to track market adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue impact, optimizing GTM effectiveness.
- Overseeing sales and field enablement, creating training materials, playbooks, and resources to support product launches, OEM initiatives, and customer success efforts.
- Ensuring product and OEM readiness by coordinating closely with product and OEM teams to guarantee timely delivery and adherence to OEM standards.
- Leading cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of GTM planning, from ideation to execution, ensuring seamless alignment across all departments.
- Staying attuned to competitive dynamics and market trends, partnering with OEM teams to adapt GTM strategies as needed.
- Providing regular reports on GTM performance, showcasing achievements, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in go-to-market, program management, or a similar cross-functional role.
- Proven track record of successful product launches, market expansions, and OEM-related initiatives.
- Strong operational and project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across product, marketing, sales, customer success, and OEM teams.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments, ideally within SaaS or tech companies.

Annual base starting salary: $100-$115k, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
*Benefits Options: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life/AD&D, EAP, 15 vacation days per year to start, 80 hours of sick leave, 12 paid holidays, paid parental leave, & 401k.
